About The Medical Outreach Project
Through the Tusafiri Adventures Volunteer Program, we work with international friends and local medical teams to organize outreach programs that provide basic health screenings, blood testing, medical diagnosis, and essential vitamins for children in remote Maasai communities.
This initiative helps reach families who have limited access to healthcare while creating opportunities for volunteers and supporters from around the world to make a meaningful impact.​

Bringing Healthcare to Remote Communities
In late 2025 and early parts of 2026, Tusafiri Adventures had the privilege of participating in a medical outreach program serving Maasai communities in Northern Tanzania. The initiative was made possible with the support of our friend Christine from Germany, whose collaboration helped bring together medical professionals from FM CARE committed to improving community health.
Many Maasai communities live in remote areas where access to medical facilities can be limited. This outreach program aimed to bridge that gap by bringing basic healthcare services directly to the people.

During the outreach, the medical team provided:

Health consultations and medical advice

By offering these services, the program helped identify health concerns early and provided guidance on treatment and prevention.

What We Achieved Together
With the support of volunteers, friends, and donors, the Maasai Medical Outreach was able to deliver meaningful healthcare support to the community. Thanks to the generosity of supporters in Germany and contributions raised through GoFundMe, the initiative made a real difference.
150+ Patients Tested
Community members received medical screenings and blood tests that helped identify potential health conditions and guide further treatment.
€4,000+ Raised for Medical Support
Through donations from supporters in Germany and fundraising on GoFundMe, we were able to raise more than 4,000 Euros to support the outreach activities.
2 International Volunteers
Two international participants joined the program on the ground, working alongside local teams to support the outreach and community activities.
